These articles were actually written as a Sophomore Sires Series in 2004. That was the first year the Breeding Corner was being written so there is a little more information with these sires than the other freshman sires.

This class is an interesting mix of sires. Their first real life runners will start to hit the track in 2006. It was the European sires that really stand out in this group like Sakhee, Rock of Gibraltar (IRE), and Johannesburg.
