This group of freshman sires have a very powerful air to them. With the death and pensioning of such big name sires as Danzig, Deputy Minister, Summer Squall, Miswaki, Broad Brush and Lear Fan one has to wonder who will take their places?

I think this class that includes Empire Maker, High Chaparral (IRE), Mineshaft and Vindication will prove out to be one of the best classes of influential sires. There are several other very nice race horses that are included in this class that in the end could perform the bigger names mentioned.
